I've owned end-to-end roadmaps across Insurtech, Fintech, and B2B SaaS, and I've been on the founder side: built a B2B SaaS for the automotive industry from zero to acquisition. I get fully involved in every project I take on, from discovery and strategy to shipping and iteration. These days I also build AI-native products solo, going from concept to live in 2–3 weeks.
